Welcome to Budgi - Money Manager (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Overview of the App

The App is designed to:

• Help you manage and track your personal budget and expenses.
• Provide tools for setting financial goals and monitoring spending patterns.
• Offer optional premium features through subscriptions.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

a. Data Collection

• Local Data Storage: All budget, expense, and financial data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and never sent to external servers.
• Payment Information: Payment processing for subscriptions is securely managed by RevenueCat in cooperation with your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). The App itself does not store or directly handle your payment or financial information.

b. No Remote Data Storage

The App does not collect, store, or share personal or usage data beyond what is necessary to process subscription payments.

c. Third-Party Services

• The App relies on RevenueCat for subscription and payment processing.
• Your use of RevenueCat and your app store’s payment system may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
